Canadian orders should be placed directly through KINOVA.
To add an animal to our next Canadian shipment, please inquire through MorphMarket or email sales@kinovareptiles.com.
Orders for our Spring 2024 shipment will open in January.
A minimum purchase of $500 per animal is required for Canadian orders. Full payment must be completed at least one week before the scheduled export date.
All standard terms and conditions apply.
A 5% import tax is applied to all goods entering Canada. Reptile Express collects this fee from customers before the export date.
All orders can be picked up from Reptile Express in Toronto, Ontario, at no charge. If pick-up isn’t possible, Reptile Express can arrange FedEx overnight delivery for an additional fee.
We ship to Canada each Spring and Fall.

UK orders should be placed directly through KINOVA.

To add an animal to our next UK shipment, please inquire through MorphMarket or email sales@kinovareptiles.com.
A minimum purchase of $500 per animal is required for UK orders. Full payment must be completed at least one week before the scheduled export date.
To increase affordability for our UK customers, we offer a 15% upfront discount on all purchases to offset the VAT charged on imports.

A £50 per animal import fee, charged by Dave Rushen, applies to all UK orders. Additionally, a 20% VAT, mandated by the government, is charged on all goods entering the UK. Dave Rushen collects both fees before the export date.
To help offset these costs, we offer UK customers a 15% discount on all purchases upfront.
All orders can be picked up from Dave Rushen Reptiles in Southampton, England, at no charge. If pick-up isn’t possible, a courier can be arranged by Dave Rushen for an additional fee.
We ship to the UK once per quarter.

No import fees apply for EU shipments. Delivery to Terraristika Hamm can be arranged with our import partner, Dutch Dragon Import (DDI), for an additional charge.
Orders can be picked up from DDI in Amsterdam at no charge. If pick-up isn’t possible, DDI can arrange courier delivery to Terraristika Hamm for an additional fee.
We ship to the EU once per quarter, in advance of each Terraristika Hamm expo.
