Payment Methods
We accept credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Square, Apple Pay, wire transfers, and money orders or certified checks.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are available on a case-by-case basis. A standard arrangement begins with a 20% non-refundable deposit and extends 30–60 days depending on the value of the animal. Reach out to discuss a plan specific to your inquiry.
Sales
All sales are final. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Failure to complete a payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in forfeiture of the animal hold and any funds submitted.
Shipping
We ship Monday through Wednesday, weather permitting. Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer’s nearest FedEx Ship Center for pickup. Home delivery may be arranged where no Ship Center is within reasonable driving distance of the buyer.

GENETICS
All recessive genetics — homozygous and heterozygous — are fully guaranteed. Due to the increasing complexity of Ball Python combinations, incomplete dominant mutations are only guaranteed where explicitly stated as proven through breeding or shed testing. The vast majority of our animals are shed-tested to verify their genetics.
